Teams of 5 or More
Groups of 5 or more are eligible for rebates of up to $1,000. Teams of 5 or more are eligible for a $500 rebate; 10+ are eligible for a $1,500 rebate. Requests for a rebate must be submitted to Melissa Cote by March 26, 2010. Rebates will be mailed on or before. Team rebates cannot be combined with the Refer-a-Friend offer.
