Group Registration Discount
Companies who send 5 employees to the Java Symposium can receive a $500 rebate, while companies who send 10 employees can receive a $2,000 rebate. To receive the rebate, please contact Ashley Graham. Requests for rebates must be received VIA EMAIL by March 25, 2007. Rebates will be mailed on or before May 25, 2007. Please note: This offer cannot be combined with any discount offered through promotion codes and cannot be combined with the Refer-A-Friend program.

University Discount
With proper ID, university students and faculty/staff members are eligible for a discount – contact Ashley Graham for details.

Refer-a-Friend
Refer a friend or colleague to the Java Symposium and receive a $50 gift. Credit can only be given to referrals that result in registration and cannot be applied to anyone already registered. All registrants will receive an email that outlines the Refer-a-Friend program details and a special referral code that can be given to friends and colleagues. Please note: This offer cannot be combined with any discount offered through promotion codes and cannot be combined with the Group Registration Discount.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration refund requests received before March 1, 2007 are entitled to a full refund. Requests received between March 1, 2007 and March 20, 2007 will be granted 25% of the paid registration fee. Requests can be made by updating your registration profile or by emailing Ashley Graham at agraham@techtarget.com. Substitutions are allowed with written permission from the original registrant.

Payment must be received by March 21. No one will be admitted to any sessions without full payment. All amounts are in US dollars.
